Our Mission
Equip2Empower is an initiative that aims to empower underprivileged children within our community through opening doors to endless opportunities to enhance kids' futures . We believe that through enticing those younger minds in sports activities, and academics we can inspire personal growth and instill valuable life skills. The organization pursues to promote physical health, teamwork, subject, and self- assurance amongst those children.

This organization was started from a passion for sports. Everyone around us plays sports, a lot at a high level. Sports brings people so many opportunities and it shouldn't be something that can only be accessible by the privileged. We wanted to share this opportunity with everyone. Sports can open doors to a whole new world, and hence everyone should get an equal opportunity.
In our community, the underprivileged often face significant barriers when it comes to accessing opportunities in sports, whether it is pursuing them or simply just having the ability to play. This could be due to many reasons such as financial struggles, lack of equipment and attire as well as mentorship. This problem highlights the pressing need for an initiative to help combat and empower underprivileged kids by providing them access.
A lot of the time orphanages typically rely on limited funds, donations, and grants to cover their expenses. Meeting basic needs of the orphans is the orphanage's main motive. This takes precedence over other non-essential activities or programs such as sports. Limited financial resources put a strain on orphanages and make it difficult for orphanages to allocate funds towards sports. On top of this they usually lack sporting mentors as well. : Orphanages have a multitude of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, managing daily routines, and ensuring the well-being of the children. These demands leave little time and capacity for organizing and coordinating sports programs, training sessions, and other extracurricular activities
